Peter Torre

Peter Torre is a principal of Torre Corporate and was previously a partner of an internationally affiliated firm of Chartered Accountants, where he also held the position of Chairman of the National Corporate Services Committee.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter is the Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies, is a Director of ASX Listed Carbine Resources Limited and and is one of the founders of the charity organisation "A Better Life Foundation WA".

John Geary

John Geary has forty years experience in the mineral exploration industry which includes prospecting, tenement acquisition and maintenance, and contract drilling in Australia and overseas.

This experience is complemented by Tertiary qualifications in Economics and Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation and he has also been responsible for the promotion, prospectus preparation and listing of a number of exploration companies (IPO's) on the Australian Stock Exchange.

In recent years John Geary has held the position of Executive Director and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed exploration companies.

Ross Hastings

Ross Hastings is a geologist with over 25 years international experience in the resource industry including operations, and project generation and development. He has held senior positions with large mining operations in Papua New Guinea, and closely involved in the development of the Simberi Gold Project in PNG.

He is currently General Manager Resource Development for Allied Gold Limited and responsible for delivery of the Gold Ridge mine re-development in Solomon Islands. Mr Hastings holds a BSc in Geology and MSc in Economic Geology.

Consulting Project Manager

Dr Spero Carras

Dr Carras has over 35 years experience in the evaluation of gold, diamond and base metal projects. He has acted as a senior consultant for CZA (now Rio) and WMC. Recently he has consulted on the development of Norseman Gold Plc's projects (ASX: NGX).
